General Meeting Minutes for December 2019
Attending: Jamie Picou (President), Dave Burroughs, Ed Caughell, Michelle Matheron (Activities), Steve Wolf (Membership), David Douglas, Al Holtsberry and Cliff Davis.
The December General Beemer’s Meeting was called to order at 8:04.
Jamie Picou (President) read the minutes from the last (November) Meeting, then solicited any corrections. No corrections required. Motion made to approve the November Minutes by Dave Burroughs, seconded by Michelle Matheron, all approved.
Treasurer's Report:
There was no report as Henning Carlson (Treasurer) was not present.
Membership Report:
We have a new member! David Douglas. Welcome Dave, to the wonderful world of Beemer Dudes.
Old Business:
Dues are due by December 31st. Please send your checks and form to Henning Carlson 5405 Infinity Court, Grove City Ohio 43123 ... OR come to the Sunday breakfast and hand them directly to Henning, (see link to all needed forms below).
The banquet is again at Schmidt's Sausage Haus in German Village 240 East Kossuth Street, Columbus Ohio. January 18th 2020, time 5:00 pm - 9:00pm. (see website and link to banquet form below).
Reminder, - There will be NO MEETING ON JANUARY (15th) 2020.
Activities:
Concerning the Banquet: We decided that the attending venders will be invited:
Iron Pony - Al Holtsberry will contact them.
MotOhio - Ed Caughell will contact them.
Mathias BMW - Pete and Pat Barnes will be asked to contact them as they did last year.
Recycle BMW - Jamie Picou will contact.
Michelle Matheron will contact our great guitar and vocalist, John Lafollett.
The IX Motorcycle Expo will be in Cleveland at the I-X, Jan. 24th through 26th 2020. Friday 24th: 3pm to 8pm. Saturday 25th: 9:30 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday 26th: 10am to 5pm. (One I-X Center Drive, Cleveland Ohio. (216) 676 6000).
Tentatively there may be a New Years Ride depending upon the weather. More on this at the Sunday breakfasts Dec 22nd, 29th.
Al Holtsberry made a motion to adjourn, Cliff Davis seconded, all agreed. The meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
